FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most about Eversoil, our certification, and our merch. Still need help? Email info@eversoil.org.

What is the Eversoil Coalition?
Eversoil Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 33-4873245) based in Ten Sleep, Wyoming. We are building a certification that connects healthy soil to nutrient-dense food, and a growing coalition of ranchers using cattle as a tool to regenerate the land.
What does Eversoil Certification measure?
Eversoil Certification is built on two data streams. The first is land health: continuous ecological monitoring that tracks indicators like soil organic matter, biodiversity, water infiltration, and vegetation cover. The second is nutrient density: independent lab testing of the food itself. When healthy land and measurably nutrient-dense food line up, that is Eversoil Certified. We certify the outcome, with the data recorded rather than simply claimed.
How is Eversoil different from other regenerative certifications?
Most certifications are affidavit-based: a producer attests to following certain practices, like rotational grazing or avoiding synthetic inputs, and the certification stops at the farm gate. It documents intentions and methods. Eversoil is outcomes-based. Rather than certifying what a producer promises to do, we verify what actually happened in the soil and in the food, using continuous ecological monitoring and independent lab testing. We measure results, not paperwork.
Does buying merch support the mission?
Yes. Every apparel order supports the Eversoil Coalition's work to certify regenerative land and the food it produces. Wearing it is a simple way to rep regenerative agriculture on the fields and streets.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
Apparel and other merchandise are purchases, not donations, so they are generally not tax-deductible. Direct donations to Eversoil Coalition (a 501(c)(3), EIN 33-4873245) may be tax-deductible. Please consult your own tax advisor, as we cannot give tax advice.
How is the apparel made?
Our apparel is made to order through print-on-demand, so each item is produced after you order it. That keeps waste and overproduction low, and many pieces use organic or combed cotton where noted on the product page.
When will my order ship?
Because items are made to order, they are produced before they ship, which typically takes a few business days, plus carrier transit time. You will receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Since items are made to order, we accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If something is not right, email us at info@eversoil.org and we will make it right. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, as made-to-order items are harder to exchange for fit alone.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. Many of our caps and beanies are one-size, and our tees, hoodies, and polos follow standard unisex sizing unless noted.
How can a rancher or producer get Eversoil Certified?
We are actively growing the coalition. If you are a rancher or food producer interested in Eversoil Certification, reach out to us at info@eversoil.org and we will start the conversation.
How can I support Eversoil beyond buying merch?
You can support the mission with a donation at eversoil.org, by wearing and sharing the brand, and by choosing food from Eversoil Certified producers as the coalition grows. Every bit helps us certify more land and more nutrient-dense food.
Where is Eversoil based?
Eversoil Coalition is based in Ten Sleep, Wyoming, in the Big Horn Mountains region, the same landscape where our founding proof-of-concept ranch is located.
