The Soil and The Soul tells the story behind EverSoil's proof-of-concept site: Carter Ranch, a 40,000-acre operation in Ten Sleep, Wyoming run by RC Carter. It is the place where the question that became EverSoil was first asked - and where the answer is still being measured, season after season.
Carter Ranch is where EverSoil's outcomes-based approach runs end to end: rotational grazing on the land, ecological monitoring through the Land EKG methodology, and nutrient-density testing on the food the land produces. The results are not claims - they are measurements. Irrigated ground that baselined at 1.1% soil organic matter reached 2.27% by 2020, 4.43% by 2024, and 5.0% in 2025.
