Every other certification tells you how a rancher manages their land. EverSoil measures what the land is producing, and what that does to the food.

Your gift funds the measurement: independent land-health monitoring, lab testing of the beef that land produces, and the public scorecard that shows the results to buyers. Measured, not marketed.

What the first ranch shows. On Carter Ranch near Ten Sleep, Wyoming, soil organic matter on the irrigated ground rose from 1.1% to 5.0%, verified by SnapLands. Carter ground beef tested at an omega-6 to omega-3 ratio of 1.82:1 in July 2026 (Utah State University), compared with 8.28:1 for grain-finished beef (Journal of Animal Science, 2026).

Where it goes next. Our goal is 15 million acres of rangeland under verified regenerative management by 2033, keeping family ranches in family hands.
